Nexus mods i cant download

Also, I can't provide a mod list because I can't download mod watch from Nexus. Any help would be greatly appreciated. i tried nmm and it start at kb/s for a few seconds after that it goes kb/s. manual is waaay the same, it goes kb/s. Expected result: i can download mods normally.
